1.  Elegant Memorials, Inc. (http://elegantmemorials.com) maintains exclusive rights to all funeral program graphic designs contained on this website.  Templates, graphics and images on this website are not to be copied, sold or redistributed.

2.  Upon purchase of any template, customers can download templates for 5 times over a 10 day period.  Elegant Memorials guarantees delivery of all templates via email.

3.  Templates may be re-used by purchaser for multiple funeral programs.

4.  Purchaser must own a valid copy of Microsoft Word 2003 or highter in order to use funeral program and thank you card templates from Elegant Memorials, Inc.

4.  Templates may not be resold or redistributed.

5.  All sales are final.  If you are experiencing problems with downloading or editing templates please contact Elegant Memorials, Inc. immediately at 888-295-1940.
